A letter from the Doctor

Dear Friend,

When I meet people in town, they usually say, “Oh yeah, 1 know you, you’re Dr. Jeff. I’ve seen your ads with the picture of you and that cute little girl.” Well perhaps I should tell you a little more about that photo, and why I use it in my ads. Let’s start with me, the guy on the right. I was in construction for years working as a contractor working on job sites building houses. I would come home at night with pain in my lower back that made it hard to straighten up.

Sometimes my whole back would ache; making it hard to do the things I enjoyed doing. A friend of mine convinced me to give a chiropractor a try. The chiropractor did an exam and took some films. and then “adjusted” my spine. The adjustment didn’t hurt, it actually felt good. I got relief and I could get around again. It worked so well that I went to chiropractic school myself.

Now for Samantha, the one I’m holding in my arms. She is in her teens now. She has been getting adjusted since she was a baby. She knows enough to ask me to adjust her when she feels like she may be getting sick, or just to stay “tuned-up.”

It’s strange how life is because now people come to see me with their back problems.

Also, they come to me with their headaches, migraines, chronic pain, neck pains, shoulder/arm pain, whiplash from car accidents, carpal tunnel syndrome problems, ear infections, asthma, allergies, numbness in arms and legs, and athletic injuries, just to name a few.
